Rockview Towers Community Gardens

This will be a combined post, the last barbeque of the season and also the gardens showing crops that are ready to be picked or perhaps have already been picked. It has been a good season in spite of some of the cool weather. Two of the hard working ladies Two more hard working people Our gardens showing crops that are ready and signs of harvesting already.

  We are very fortunate to have such a creative group of people living with us. Their creativity and drive is to be admired. The latest activity has been to develop the Tranquility Garden located at the side of our building. I can't remember having seen anything quite as beautiful in the past. If you have not seen it yet, it is definitely worthy of a visit.    Enjoy! On Sunday, August 15th, Mary hosted a gathering, reminiscent of the old type of garden party where everyone was invited to dress up and visit. Cake, cookies and other delicious treats with a cold or hot drink of your choice was enjoyed by all.   Mary and the ladies who helped her during the afternoon....

  The first barbeque was enjoyed so much that a second one was held. The force behind the hard work and cooking!
