Many things can be seen and experience while visiting the garden....thanks to Dale Willet's video,
this scene is something not seen by many...enjoy
There are birds and chipmunks starting coming around and with them being fed it can only increase.
This appears to be a male Blue Indigo Bunting which is really not too common to this area. I really wish I had my larger camera when it chose to visit...hopefully it may return.
The flowers are growing very well and blooms are starting to appear. They are beautiful and very colourful thanks to the hard work of many people.
Speaking of hard work, this is about as hard as it gets...thanks Don and Ed but please take it easy.... 😅
Doreen has planted a unique style of gardening, this is her second year using this method. She keeps records of what grows and what does not resulting in changes this year. If you see her there, stop and chat with her about it....
One area receiving a face lift and change is the front of the building. You see a couple of before and after images. It is already showing a great improvement and it will only get better. Thank you to Dale, Don, Marilyn and Susan for all you do.
One important part of the gardens is the necessity of discussion....makes life interesting and to share information.
Its a great place to sit and talk with friends and your puppy will enjoy it as well...
SO if you do have some spare time come on down....great place on a nice day and they are getting better each day.....I hope.... 🙏
Thanks Ray Thoms, your pictures capture nature so beautifully. Great eye!
