Spring is arriving.......slowly

Spring is arriving at the gardens this year albeit slowly. Something different this year is a short video to show how everything is drying and yes, even the birds have returned. The chipmunks are around as well but they were moving too quickly to capture for my first time.


One of the first nice days, this spring, saw several people enjoying the sunshine....you will notice, also, that there is no snow left in the bush around the gardens.

No snow in sight anywhere.

Things are drying well

Dale Brown caused some interest when he announced that he was digging up parsnips that had been in the garden all winter.

As you can see they were of a good size and he said that they would used for his meals....when you see him, be sure to ask how they tasted!
